Our survey team can offer you highly accurate surveys, to your specific requirements, to assist and compliment your venture.  Deploying the skills of the survey team at an early stage, allows greater opportunities for us to fully understand your needs and ensure that we find effective solutions and alert clients to potential considerations.

Elevation Surveys - The team at Plan-it will accurately produce internal and external elevations of your site in a range of detail from simple outlines to coloured fully detailed drawings.  There are many different options available, depending on the site and level of detail required.  All elevations can be drawn from architect’s plans and can be used to assist planning permissions and design planning.

Topographical Surveys - Once your new site has been identified a full Topographical survey can be produced following a thorough consultation regarding your requirements.  Using top of the range equipment including Leica Total Station and GPS Technology, a detailed and accurate site plan is drawn to assist with Planning Permission and alert clients to potential considerations.

Measured Building Surveys - Plan-it will carry out a Building Survey on your site which can include floor and roof plans.  Again, each survey is tailored to your individual requirements, with as much or as little information as you require.  The surveyor will be able to highlight necessary considerations such as heights, electrical points and mains positions. 

Site Feasibility Planning - To ascertain that a new site is going to be feasible for your project we will conduct a survey using our Topographical equipment and provide you with detailed plans.  These will show the project at completion and allow a visualisation of the whole site and will also include any potential hazards or factors that should be considered.

As Built Surveys - During a project it may be necessary to produce an as-built survey to confirm original construction or highlight and record variations in the design.  These may well be required at various stages during the design and the team here can schedule these in around your project..
