Retail Planning - Our retail designers will focus on space planning and design, both for the exterior and the internal areas, whilst considering your customer experience and your commercial perspective.  A full plan is provided in your desired format and a full measured survey to further assist you in insuring certainty for the project.

Store Interior Design - From one-off specialist stores to larger superstores the brand, objectives and space are considered to ensure an environment and plan that considers the clients budget and brief.  A plan in either AutoCAD or Microstation is provided to allow a full representation and a 3D visualisation or walkthrough can also be provided to allow greater vision into the concept.

Space Planning - Utilising space is vital to ensure that all produce can be displayed in a commercially feasible and customer focused fashion.  A full plan of the space will be provided in either AutoCAD or Microstation for approval, ensuring the brief and budget is carefully considered. 

Car Park Planning & Vehicle Tracking - The exterior functionality of your store is as important as the store itself and at Plan-it we can provide full plans of your car park area.  Considering designated parking, recycling vehicles and delivery vehicles a full plan using our CAD Vehicle Tracking system will provide either a plan or 3D visualisation of the area.

3D Visualisations - A 3D visualisation or walkthrough can provide a greater vision of the project, allowing simulation of your space and design incorporated within a realistic image.  These visuals can assist with planning applications and are ideal for more complicated designs.

Acquisitions and Feasibility - Once your new site has been identified, a full feasibility survey can be produced to ensure the site if fully feasible for its intended use.  Using top of the range equipment and software including Leica Total Station, the plans will allow visualisation of the project and also assist with Planning Permissions.
