Plan-it's design team works with you to design and plan your building, space or project into flexible areas which meet your immediate needs and add long term value.

Instructing the Retail, Surveying, Architectural or Interior Team in the early stages of your project, whether it is private, retail or commercial, allows greater opportunities for them to fully understand your needs and find the most effective solutions.

We keep you involved from the very start and will tailor your project just the way you require it.  We can offer various visualisations including 2D or 3D images or walkthroughs. Seeing a concept come to life and seeing actual visualisations allows clients to make decisions early on which can often save time and money.

All clients are able to comminicate with a member of the team who will oversee the project from the very start to the end.  With a variety of skills within one team, new services or skills can be deployed quickly and effectively.

Who we are

Plan-it is a vibrant consultancy with a reputation for providing excellence across all areas of retail planning, store design, surveying and architectural design.

Established for over 12 years and founded by Graham Terry, Plan-it has a tightly integrated team that are based in Chelmsford, Essex and are able to offer nationwide coverage.  The highly versatile team work closely with other specialist consultants allowing them to bring resources to larger projects, whether they be commercial or private.

Each member of the team is passionate about their work, from the initial design stage right through to the final delivery.
